OZOD successfully executed a Design & Build project for a Mixed-Use building, spanning a remarkable length of 1,000 meters, making it one of the standout projects in our portfolio. The project includes diverse spaces for commercial, administrative, and hospitality uses, with an integrated architectural design that meets the various needs of its users. Among the challenges we faced were balancing the multiple uses and ensuring the design’s sustainability and quality. Additionally, we designed and implemented green spaces in the surrounding site, enhancing the project’s aesthetics and promoting a sustainable environment. Thanks to our specialized team and the use of the latest technologies, we successfully delivered the project on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
